Spotless and reasonably large room overall, with a beautiful view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with beautiful view and a cocktail.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with internet access and bathrooms, set in a beautiful location. The breakfasts are amazing with a breathtaking view and delicious cocktails available.

The resort is located close to Sayulita, a shopping center, restaurants, and a golf course. The rooms are tidy and offer panoramic views. The staff is incredibly polite and provides great service.

Stunning central location just next door to the beach and pools, and Bucerias down the beach. Furthermore, in building 1 next to the restaurant. The room was neat and panoramic, with comfortable decor and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and coffee and tea making equipment for our comfort.

The facilities are adequate with a large swimming pool and convenient beach access. The restaurants offer a great variety, and the staff is excellent. The upgraded suite is quiet and pleasant with understanding front counter staff.

This place was very clean and had incredibly friendly staff at the reception desk, front desk, and concierge.

The breakfast was the best as expected with a cocktail and beautiful view, as for instance. The whole room was perfectly appointed and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, coffee and tea making equipment. The service was excellent, we felt welcome.

The location of the resort is perfect, with easy access to the beach in Nuevo Vallarta and a short walk to the fun restaurants in Bucerías. The neighborhood feels safe and the beach offers full service. The rooms are spacious with a huge wrap-around deck and some even have a jacuzzi and barbecue.

The only downside is that during peak times, you may need to wake up early to reserve pool chairs.

My trip was great because the staff here were really helpful, and the services were top-notch, making my experience very positive.

Wi-Fi only for a fee - $10 for 1 night are outrageous, especially in Mexico where every better Taco Bude offers free Wi-Fi. Reception then bad, there is no Internet access in the room (!!!) only on the balcony, by pool usw. Loud noises at night from a filter or fridge.

We got junior suite and liked it. This accommodation was in the central location in the morning on the beach.

The location is so close to the beach, town of Bucerias, and plenty of delicious and inexpensive restaurants. The breakfast is amazing and fantastic with a cocktail and beautiful view. Easy check-in and late check-out are convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was great, with an omelette bar that was absolutely fantastic. The staff, particularly the bellboys and Antonio, were super helpful whenever I needed assistance. Ober at the front desk made a great first impression and continued to provide ongoing help throughout my visit. The location of this hotel is fabulous, with a beautiful beach, great pool, and jacuzzi. It's also conveniently located in the jungle of this city, providing a unique and picturesque setting.

There was nothing I didn't like.
